1.Effective Stroke: The effective stroke should be no less than 55mm.
2.Durability Test: Under normal temperature conditions, the damper should complete 100,000 push-pull cycles at a speed of 26mm/s without any failure.
3.Force Requirement: During the stretching to closing process, within the first 55mm of stroke balance return (at a speed of 26mm/s), the damping force should be 5±1N.
4.Operating Temperature Range: The damping effect should remain stable within a temperature range of -30°C to 60°C, without failure.
5.Operational Stability: The damper should not experience any stagnation during operation, no abnormal noise during assembly, and no sudden increase in resistance, leakage, or failure.
6.Surface Quality: The surface should be smooth, free of scratches, oil stains, and dust.
7.Material Compliance: All components must comply with ROHS directives and meet food-grade safety requirements.
8.Corrosion Resistance: The damper must pass a 96-hour neutral salt spray test without any signs of corrosion.
