1. TRD-N16 generates high torque for vertical lid closures, but may hinder proper closure from a horizontal position.
2.To determine the damper torque for a lid, use the following calculation: example) Lid mass (M): 1.5 kg, Lid dimensions (L): 0.4m, Load torque (T): T=1.5X0.4X9.8÷2=2.94N·m. Based on this calculation, select TRD-N1-*303 damper.
3. For proper lid deceleration during closure, ensure a secure fit between the rotating shaft and other parts. Refer to the dimensions provided on the right side to fix the rotating shaft and main body tightly.
